Free Roaming

This plan includes unlimited standard calls, unlimited standard texts & an allowance of data for use in the UK. SIMs must be activated in the UK or roaming will not be enabled.

Data roaming is capped at 5GB of the data allowance. Any additional data usage will be subject to standard roaming charges.

Global Roaming

If you are travelling outside of the EU, allowances in this plan will not be consumable. Please refer to our Global Roaming Extras for connectivity outside the EU.

1 - Delivery, Setup & Coverage

SIM Delivery: Order before 3 PM for same-day dispatch via Royal Mail. Expect your SIM in 1-3 business days (subject to postal network conditions or strikes).

Keeping Your Number: Once your RWG SIM is activated, you can request to port your old number. Request before 5 PM for a next-working-day transfer (requests after 5 PM take 2 working days).

Our Guarantee: If your transfer is delayed, we will automatically credit your account with 1GB of free data for every day of lost service.

5G Connectivity: Enjoy the speed of 5G on compatible devices (Android & iOS 16.4+) within 5G coverage areas. If you leave a 5G zone, your phone will seamlessly auto-switch to 4G to keep you connected.

2 - Cancellations, Refunds & Fair Use

14-Day Refund Window: If you change your mind within the first 14 days of activation, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused allowances (minimum £0.01 refund applies).

Canceling Later: After 14 days, you can cancel at any time. You will simply keep your allowances until the end of your current cycle, after which they will expire.

Note: Refund and cancellation facility is only applicable to our 12-month and 24-month contracts.

Leaving RWG (PAC Codes): If you decide to switch networks, we provide Ofcom-compliant PAC/STAC codes valid for 30 days, ensuring a smooth exit.

Fair Usage Rules: Your allowances do not roll over to the next month. Once exhausted, standard rates apply. Please note these plans are strictly for private, non-commercial use in a mobile handset.
